Stop Sitting On Your Assets

In the second edition of this #1 Best Seller, Snow outlines how to avoid the equity trap which keeps your home equity motionless by transforming it into a flow of wealth and security.

Though much of what Snow recommends throughout the book is something which is not only doable but logical, I would never advise a client to use the product which Stop Sitting On Your Assets endorses. Instead, I would recommend using participating whole life insurance which provides certain specific guarantees which the products Snow recommends can never provide. Stop Sitting On Your Assets recommends products which expose the buyer to further risk which can, and historically have, financially hurt and even crippled those who have used them.

So with some caution I recommend Stop Sitting On Your Assets as a resource but not as a guide for Winning Your Financial GAME.
